Rav Elbaz Shlit"a Was Asked to Pray for South Korea

Translated from Kikar (see the video there):

In the shadow of much tension between South Korea and North Korea, Dr. Lee from South Korea met with Rav Reuven Elbaz, the head of Or Hahayim Institutions and member of the Council of Torah Sages, and requested from him to come to his land and pray for peace between the 2 countries.

"I want to invite you to Korea.  Now, South Korea and North Korea is a big balagan [mess].  I want you to come to Korea and pray," requested Dr. Lee of the rabbi.

Rav Elbaz: "To make peace between the south and the north..."

Dr. Lee: "Yes, so the whole balagan will end."

Rav Elbaz: "This is what we need - we need to make peace in the world.  We also need to see that they will all feel good and with Hashem's help, may it be so that 'before they call, I will answer, and while they are yet speaking, I will hear' - that it will already be heard that the footsteps of Mashiah will come when there is peace."

Dr. Lee: "Amen."

Rav Elbaz: "At the moment that there is peace, everything will be in order."

Dr. Lee: "Thank you very much."
